- The terms and conditions below are exclusively relevant for the Equi-K & Quick Stitch Online competition running from 21 June – 31 July 2024. Equi-K is a subsidiary of Anni-K.
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and over except employees of Anni-K, AN Quick Stitch (Pty) Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his, her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the competition is the Anni-K Facebook page and details of how to enter are via the Anni-K and Quick Stitch Facebook accounts.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person and is only valid when participating via the original Facebook post on the Anni-K Facebook page.
- Closing date for entry will be 31 July 2024. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
To qualify entry to the competition, entrants need to like the Anni-K and Quick Stitch Facebook pages and on the competition post, in the comments TAG 2 friends who share a love for everything horses/equestrian.
b. Entries to this competition will only be accepted and considered between the date 21 June 2024 and 31 July 2024 (A participant will be disqualified if he/she/they posts any content that is offensive, defamatory, or racist in nature). - The promotors (Anni-K and Quick Stitch) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promotor’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promotors, by form of an updated post on the platform where this competition is being hosted.
- The promotors are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party connected with this competition if applicable.
- The prize is as follows: Equestrian hamper from Anni-K • Muscle Rub • Greasy Heel & Wound Ointment • Slow Pulse Oil • Oil Cake • 2in1 Anti-Bacterial Wash; Equestrian Bags from Quick Stitch • Large Saddle Bag • Bale Bag • Mini Backpack. The prize is stated, and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent without giving notice.
- The winner will be chosen and announced via Facebook post on the Anni-K Facebook page on Monday, 5 August 2024 at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoters and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) on Facebook on 5 August 2024. The winner will only ever be contacted by Anni-K. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after initial message or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- Anni-K will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / delivered.
- The promotors’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his / her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
- The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity materials, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants’ prior consent.
- The winner agrees to their photograph being taken upon collection of the prize for record keeping purposed by Anni-K.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance to these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook META or any other social network. You are providing your information to Anni-K and Quick Stitch and not to any other party.
